us

Keiryo is a company created in 2023 owned by the investment fund Transition Evergreen, the 1st investment fund listed on the French Stock Exchange market dedicated to ecological transition and carbon footprint reduction.

As part of the Transition Evergreen Ecosystem,  Keiryo intends to leverage on synergies with (existing or “to be built”) direct participations or partners companies such as Phynix and Arhyze (H2 developers and producers), Safra (H2 bus and coaches manufacturer), Evergaz (biogas producer), Everwatt (PV IPP) in order to unlock green hydrogen demand, create a plateform able to provide global GH2 solutions and to position itself as a system integrator gathering financial and engineering expertise  to enable emergence of green and low carbon hydrogen ecosystems projects for mobility and industrial usages
